# Models and your own keys

> See the AI models your organization gives you, sign in where a provider asks, and add your own provider key that only you can use.

The **Models** filter in [My Library](https://openworklabs.com/docs/my-library/overview.md) shows the AI models you can use in OpenWork: the ones your organization gives you, and the ones from keys you add yourself.

## Models from your organization

Models your organization shares with you show up here on their own, with nothing to set up. They come from the AI providers admins add in [AI Gateway](https://openworklabs.com/docs/ai-gateway/overview.md) and share with everyone or with one of your teams, and from OpenWork Models where your organization uses them.

Some providers need you to sign in with your own account first. Those show under **Needs your sign-in** with a **Sign in** button.

If you see **Your organization hasn't given you any models yet**, ask an admin to share an AI provider with you or your team, or add your own key.

## Add your own key

Any member can add a key for an AI provider, such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Its models then show up in your OpenWork.

1. Open **My Library** and choose **Models**.
2. Click **Add key**.
3. Choose the **Provider**: a **Catalog provider** from the list, or a **Custom provider** with your own configuration.
4. Paste your key and choose the models you want.
5. Click **Create Provider**. OpenWork checks that the models answer before saving. If some don't, fix the list or click **Save anyway**.

Your keys are listed under **Your model providers**. Open one to edit it or remove it.

## Who can use your key

Only you. Your key isn't shared with your team.

Admins can see which providers exist in the organization. Someone with **Edit any provider** (admins by default) can change any provider, including who can use it.

To give your whole team the same models instead, ask an admin to add the provider in AI Gateway. See [AI Gateway](https://openworklabs.com/docs/ai-gateway/overview.md) and [Provider support](https://openworklabs.com/docs/ai-gateway/provider-support.md).
