# My Library

> Everything your team shares with you, and what you make yourself, in one place: connectors, skills, plugins and models.

**My Library** in OpenWork Cloud is the list of everything you can use in OpenWork: what your team shares with you, and what you make yourself. Everything in it is also in the OpenWork app, under **Settings › Library**.

To open it, go to [app.openworklabs.com](https://app.openworklabs.com/), choose your organization and click **My Library** in the sidebar, under **Work**.

## What shows up

* **Shared with you.** Connectors, skills, plugins and models your organization gives you, to everyone, to one of your teams, or to you directly. They show up on their own, with nothing to install.
* **Yours.** Connectors, skills and plugins you added or made, and AI provider keys you added for yourself.

Each row says where it came from: **You**, **Everyone**, a team's name, or **From** and the name of the teammate who shared it.

The list is grouped into:

| Section | What's in it |
| - | - |
| **Needs your sign-in** | Connectors and models you have to sign in to before you can use them. Shown first. |
| **Connectors** | Apps your AI can read and act in, such as Slack, Notion or Linear. |
| **Skills** | Plugins made of one skill: instructions for one task. |
| **Plugins** | Several skills, with commands and the connectors they need. |
| **Workflows** | Saved workflows you can use. |
| **Models** | The AI models you can use. |

Once your Library gets long, filter it with **All**, **Connectors**, **Skills**, **Plugins** and **Models**, or search it.

## Sign in to what's shared with you

Some connectors and models need your own account first. They show **Sign in** (or **Add key** for one that uses an API key). Sign in once, and your AI works in that app with your own permissions. A connector that still needs setup shows **Set up**, and one that's ready shows **Ready**.

The sidebar shows how many items need your sign-in next to **My Library**.

## Add your own

Click **Add** (or **Add to library** when your Library is empty) and choose what to add:

* **Connector**: let your AI work in Slack, Notion, Linear and more, or any MCP server by its address. See [Connect your services](https://openworklabs.com/docs/start-here/connect-your-stack/connect-services.md).
* **Skill**: teach the AI how you do a task, in plain words. See [Publish and copy a skill](https://openworklabs.com/docs/start-here/do-work-with-it/publish-and-copy-a-skill.md).
* **Plugin**: a set of skills, commands and connectors, added in one go. See [Connectors, skills, and plugins](https://openworklabs.com/docs/start-here/do-work-with-it/skills-plugins-and-mcp.md).

Only you can use what you add until you [share it](https://openworklabs.com/docs/my-library/share.md). To add a model key, see [Models and your own keys](https://openworklabs.com/docs/my-library/models-and-keys.md).

## Open, share or remove

Open the menu on one of your own items to **Open** it, **Share** it (connectors, skills and plugins), or **Remove** it. Removing it means nobody can use it anymore, and it can't be undone.

Items shared with you can be opened, but only the person who added or made them can share or remove them.
