> ## Agent Instructions
> For agents: install the OpenWork desktop app with `brew install --cask openwork` (macOS) or from https://openworklabs.com/download. Do not run `npx openwork`; the npm package named `openwork` is a different project.
> Connect an agent to OpenWork with the MCP Gateway: `claude mcp add --transport http openwork https://api.openworklabs.com/mcp/agent`. Teams sign up at https://app.openworklabs.com?mode=sign-up.

> Connect Slack (any organization admin): https://openworklabs.com/docs/slack/connect-slack.md. OpenWork in Slack (@openwork bot) is private alpha for approved organizations. # Share from My Library

> Give a connector, skill or plugin you made to teammates or teams, with nothing for them to set up.

What you add to [My Library](https://openworklabs.com/docs/my-library/overview.md) is yours alone until you share it. Share it with teammates or whole teams, and it shows up in their Library and in their OpenWork app, with nothing for them to install.

## Share something

1. Open **My Library**.
2. Open the menu on your connector, skill or plugin and click **Share**.
3. Under **Who can use it**, click **Add person** or **Add team** and choose who should get it.
4. Click **Share with** and the number of people. You can undo it right after.

You can only share what you added or made. On something shared with you, the page says **You can't share this**.

## Share with everyone

Turn on **Everyone in the organization** to give it to every member, including people who join later. This needs **Share with everyone**, which admins have by default. Without it, the switch is locked.

## Connectors: whose account is used

When you share a connector, the page tells you how it works for the people you add:

* **Each person signs in with their own account.** For connectors where people sign in, everyone you add uses their own account and permissions. Nobody uses yours. They see it under **Needs your sign-in** until they do.
* **Everyone uses it the way you set it up.** For connectors with no per-person sign-in, the people you add use it as you configured it.

## Change who can use it

Open the item's **Share** page again and remove people or teams, or turn off **Everyone in the organization**, then click **Share with** (or **Save** when only you are left). People you remove can no longer use it. Removing the item from your Library removes it for everyone you shared it with.

Admins with **Manage everything shared** can also manage what's shared in the organization.
