Check connectors that have no stored status
For an admin’s connector list. For each listed connector with no stored status: copies any member’s still-valid Ready check onto a per-member connector, otherwise checks it (initialize and tools/list, no tools executed) with the shared credential or the caller’s own sign-in. Connectors that already have a status are left alone; use the per-connection check to re-check one. Requires connections.manage.
