Check a member AWS sign-in from a signed-in browser
Polls the IAM Identity Center device sign-in started by browser-aws-start, at most once per AWS polling interval. pending: the person has not approved yet; retry after retryAfter seconds. connected: OpenWork checked that the sign-in gets credentials for the set’s AWS account and permission set, and stored them as the member’s own credential; the handle is consumed. Bearer authentication alone is not accepted.
