}List configured gateway catalog models
Returns supported catalog models within the saved modelIds policy, independently of model-group membership or caller-usable aliases. Callers who also hold Manage Gateway providers and have recently signed in (or use an API key) first refresh the stored models from the catalog; everyone else gets the stored models without any refresh or write. If catalog refresh is unavailable or incompatible, retains the saved configuration and returns catalogWarning. Requires the View Gateway providers permission and enabled Gateway management.
